What I don’t have is decades in a crawlspace — so the numbers don’t lean on my word. I build the engine, the price books, and the review rules; the engine guarantees the math, the defaults are researched from published trade data, and you set the final prices. That’s the whole model, and it’s why this page exists.
How the numbers are made
Researched defaults
Each pack task — the labor hours, the materials, the code add-ons a cheap quote forgets — is drawn from published trade pricing data and encoded with its formula and forgotten-item rules. Every one is labeled a researched default: a fast, honest starting point, not a specific contractor’s quote and not a ceiling.
The engine guarantees the math
Money is integer cents through one fixed pipeline — cost, sell, options, discounts, fees, rounding, tax, total. No floating-point drift, and no language model ever sets a price. The same resolver runs live as you build and again on the server before anything is stored, so the number your customer signs is the number the engine computed.

No fake reviews, no invented testimonials, no stock logos posing as customers, and no Review or rating markup until real customers leave real reviews. If we ever quote a customer, it’s a real, named customer.
