Editorial policy
Every ScopeToSign page must clear a five-point gate before it ships: an original product artifact, a stated position, a founder byline where trade claims appear, a one-sentence information-gain answer, and numbers that are ours or cited. This page states that gate, our correction policy, and how AI is used in drafting — in plain language.

We say who a tool is not for, where we lose, and when a different product fits you better. A page with no opinion doesn’t ship.
3 A founder byline wherever trade claims appear
Every page that makes a trade claim is written under the founder’s name — builder credibility, never implied trade experience — and states plainly that its numbers are researched defaults, computed by the engine and yours to adjust.
4 The information-gain test, answered in one sentence
What does this page know that the current page-one results don’t? If we can’t answer that in a sentence, the page isn’t worth publishing.
5 Every number is ours or cited
A figure is either real output from our engine and packs, or it carries a source. No invented statistics, no fabricated testimonials, no fake logos.
Cadence is an output of this bar, not a target: one page that clears all five beats three that don’t.
Byline & sourcing policy
Every page is written under one name: the founder, who builds the software and the packs. That credibility is software credibility — never implied trade experience. Where a page makes a trade claim, it says plainly that the numbers are researched defaults, computed by the engine, and the contractor’s to adjust in their own price book.

Every dollar figure on the site is either real output from our engine and packs or carries a citation to its source. No number is invented, and no endorsement is implied by anyone who didn’t give one.
How AI is used in drafting
AI drafts against proprietary inputs — our packs, our engine output, our screenshots. The founder then edits for voice and verifies every claim. AI never sets a price anywhere in the product or the content, and no page is published straight from a model without a human editing it and checking the facts.

No fabricated reviews, ever
We publish no fake reviews, no invented testimonials, and no Review or rating markup until real customer reviews exist. When we quote a customer, they are real and named.
